Osteopathic Facial Massage (OFM) Our faces carry much of the tension and emotion we experience every day. Osteopathic Facial Massage is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment designed to release tension and improve circulation in the face, neck, and head. Using a combination of gentle massage, stretching, and precise pressure-point techniques, your therapist works on the soft tissues and fascia to restore balance and ease. To complete the treatment, we finish with 15 minutes of LED light therapy. The LED mask works at a cellular level to calm inflammation, stimulate collagen production, and promote lymphatic drainage — leaving your skin refreshed, radiant, and revitalised. This treatment can support: Facial tension, jaw tightness, and discomfort TMJ disorders (jaw pain, stiffness, clicking) Sinus congestion and pressure relief Headaches and migraines linked to facial/neck tension Skin rejuvenation: reduced puffiness, healthier circulation, and a youthful glow
